"It's wonderful to go home every day and know that you have made a difference"

Supply Chain Coordinator Mai Dose makes things happen and has held various jobs at A Brands since 2001.

In my job, I have to make quick decisions every day, such as whether we have enough products in stock or if we have to order more. I often have many different issues to consider, which means that I must take responsibility and be ready to make changes.

I find it exciting to have the responsibility of ensuring that all of the balls I am juggling land in the right place. This keeps my adrenaline running high. It's a great feeling to see things happen that succeed and make customers happy.

It would be a shame to have to say that we sit around and twiddle our thumbs at the Esplanaden offices. We are always busy in a fun way and there are never grumpy faces here. It is great to go home almost every day and know that you have made a difference.

I work with the entire house, but primarily with the Brands division, which includes sales and marketing, as well as my closest colleagues here in Supply Chain Management. Here we are really good at taking good care of each other, even though things are happening at a fast pace. We have a good sense of when to give a helping hand and when to listen to each others private matters.
